Lordswood Boys' School aims to further promote reading by providing a diverse selection of books for all year groups, focusing on themes of resilience and adversity. The school plans to introduce peer mentors, known as 'Wellbeing Warriors', to enhance support. Additionally, the Wellbeing and Academic Support Team will be expanded. For students unable to attend overnight trips, alternative day trips will be organised to ensure all pupils experience the benefits of external visits.
