School goals and ambitions
Developing pupil resilience, holistically as well as academically, is key to their success. As a school we identify Resilience as one of our School Virtues, and this award will help us to raise the profile of this virtue. There are so many examples of how we encourage and support students to develop resilience throughout the school day that many go unrecorded. This award will be a celebration of that work and the achievements of our students.

Wellbeing is high on our school agenda and rightly so. With the recent training and appointment of a whole school Senior Mental Health Lead we are keen to work with students, parents and the wider community to ensure that student wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do. This award will ensure that we retain focus and are providing pupils a level of support which is robust, appropriate and accessible.
